thinking about collaboration

I’ve liked linking replies to my blog posts in the posts (when I find them or they’re mailed to me), or in case of “this is your internet, not mine” copying responses into the post. I like the collaborative nature of it and putting a little patchwork tapestry of creation here and there. I like seeing things like People and Blogs, I like game jams and the IndieWeb carnival. I think posting on this side of the web doesn’t have to be solitary or just you yelling into a void.

That makes me wonder what others could write on my blog, like a guest entry, or what I could write for theirs. What would you write if you had my blog for a day?

Or what if it wasn’t text - what if you sent me an unfinished collage and I add some of my own pictures? Or what if you paint one half of the canvas (digital) and I paint the other half? We could even set a theme.

I think it would be fun to see and work on.
