• 2015 - 2018: studied Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology at a university
  • unfinished; was to do something until I found something that suited me better!
• 2018 - 2021: finished a dual traineeship to become a Specialist for Media and Information Services with a focus on Information and Documentation
  • this means working for an employer while going to a trade school twice a week.
• 2021 - now: working fulltime.
• 2022 - now: pursuing an LL.B. in law via a distanced learning university, parttime next to my fulltime work.
• 2025 (currently): enrolled in a course to become a certified Data Protection Officer.

My dog dying in fall 2023 and me being very sick in 2024 set me back a little because I had to reduce my workload :(

• Preparatory Class: ✅ passed, 1,0
• German Civil Code: ✅ passed, 2,0
• General Law of Obligations: ✅ passed, 1,3
• State and Constitutional Law: ❌ failed, 5,0 (I hate this stuff)
• European Law I: ✅ passed, 2,7
• Criminal Law: ✅ passed, 1,7
• Antidiscrimination Law: ✅ passed, 3,3
• Data Protection Law: ✅ passed, 3,3
  • Oops! The law part went well, but I wasn't good enough at the questions about algorithms
• Currently enrolled in Rhetoric & Negotiations, and Consentoriented Conflict Management (exams in August)

Next semester I'm enrolled in...

• European Law II
• Special Law of Obligations
• Introduction to Business Administration
• Legal English

My goal is to get at least two of those done, hopefully all.

Need to pass two exams in each module.

Exam Progress: 50% 50%, three more exams to go in August.

  • Exam - Substantive Legality I: ✅ passed 64/100 (3,3) unfortunately I had the worst brain fog during that

• Module 3:
  • Exam - Employee Data Protection: ✅ passed 85/100 (1,7)
  • Exam - Technical and Organizational Measures: tbd

Will add the grades in once the exams have passed and have been graded.

📒 study software

• I take my notes in Obsidian and I use Obsidian Sync to sync it to multiple devices.
• As study buddy software, I used to use Virtual Cottage (370h), and nowadays I use Spirit City: Lofi Sessions (330+h) or Chill Pulse (60+h)
