new design for my blog
The past few days, I finally put some effort into redesigning the blog! I was growing tired of it all just being gray, black, and white. So one by one I changed the following things:
- changed link color, visited link color and mark color.
- added CSS animation upon hovering over a link.
- added CSS to center all images.
- made a 'best of' tag to filter at least somewhat popular posts.
- added all my tags and what they hold to 'home'.
- slightly changed blog title and cursor blink animation.
- added little paint scribble graphic to my header.1
- edited the footer so it always holds my mail address and the RSS feed link.
- added "written by human, not AI" SVG to the footer.
- changed fonts.
- made a bookmarks page.
- made a yes & nope page.
- made a garden page where you can discover my terminal on my website more easily (via a clickable image of it!), can check out some of my playlists and website goodies; and it now holds the yes & nope, bookmarks, counters and blogroll pages that used to be in the navigation bar.

The history of that one is kinda funny. On my first website, I had a page where you could paint in a little paint clone and if you clicked save, it would download what you painted as a .jpg. To test it, I made that scribble. I actually liked it so much, I used it on some other websites in the past, and chose to bring it back now. Maybe I'll bring the paint clone back too for my blog garden 8)↩
